Professor Ab Osterhaus
Professor Ab Osterhaus received the 2015 Chanchlani Global Health Research Award.


 


Professor Ab Osterhaus, virologist and head of the Department of Virology of the Erasmus MC Rotterdam, presents From Zoonosis to Pandemic in a Changing World. His lecture discusses the links between zoonosis – or infectious diseases of animals that can naturally be transmitted to humans – and pandemics in our changing world. Osterhaus is a world renowned virology professor from the Netherlands.
